Escrow and Resilience include: custody of the deposit, an automated check of what’s deposited with a vault report, and a Software Resilience Certificate. With Escrow, the deposit is released to you and you run the recovery. With Resilience, we run the recovery for you.
Pro and Continuity include Agentic Verification: isolated rebuilds on supported stacks, 4 rebuilds a year that you start, build steps, an SBOM, an Exit workbook and a Recoverability Certificate. Agentic Verification replaces our previous Validated, Verified and Certified levels. Continuity also keeps the live environment paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover, with the bills recharged at cost.
Setup: $499 per arrangement for Escrow and Resilience. $999 per arrangement for Continuity.
Cost coverage: the cost of a recovery, under an agreed service level. Quoted per arrangement. Available for Resilience and Continuity.
Continuity, live environment: mapped at setup and kept current. If the vendor stops, we keep it paid and switched on for an agreed period and recharge the bills at cost. Hands-on operation of the live service by our engineers is available on a best-effort basis, billed by the hour, with no service level.
Claimants: one included. Additional claimants are available as an add-on.
